ROSA Certification provides a formal, documentation based designation indicating alignment with ROSA documentation standards at a defined point in time.

Certification exists for properties or portfolios that require verified documentation posture for internal governance, insurance review, legal reference, or portfolio level standardization.

ROSA Certification evaluates documentation alignment only. It does not evaluate operations, technology performance, or outcomes.

Documentation Based Review

ROSA Certification is based entirely on documentation review.

Certification involves a structured review of submitted materials to confirm alignment with ROSA documentation standards. The review focuses on the presence, structure, and completeness of required documentation.

Certification does not involve:

  • Onsite inspections

Certification Scope

ROSA Certification verifies that, at the time of review:

  • Required ROSA documentation was present

  • Documentation aligned with ROSA standards

  • Governance posture was formally recorded

Certification does not verify safety, performance, compliance, or risk outcomes.

Relationship to ROSA Participation

ROSA Certification is one of several ways a property may formally reference the ROSA Standard.

Certification is not required to acknowledge ROSA or utilize ROSA documentation. Properties may reference ROSA through other lifecycle stages as appropriate to their needs.

Certification is initiated only through explicit request and review. It is not implied by any other ROSA status.

Responsibility and Outcomes

ROSA Certification does not transfer responsibility.

All responsibility for robotics deployment, supervision, compliance, and outcomes remains with the property owner or operator.

Certification does not:
